We just happened to be in Vancouver on July 1, which is Canada Day. The country turned 144 years old. Naturally Mark and I celebrated like true Canadians, waving flags, eating maple leaf-shaped treats, attending a parade, and participating in our first Canadian BBQ {which translates into "eating a grilled hot dog"}.

Every year during the Olympics, I'm poised to buy the must have accessory that they show over and over on the Today show. Whether it be hats/mittens/etc and they are without fail always from the Canadian team. This combined with the pictures you showed, have shown me that Canada may be the best country in the world with flag specific apparel (and treats). :)
