An hour outside of Omaha is Nebraska's capital city, Lincoln. It's honestly not much to look at, but Mark and I have started collecting our photo in front of every state capital we come across. And, after reading our guidebook, we just had to see this one. Actually you can see if from the interstate, miles away. It's probably the tallest building in Nebraska. So that's me, in front of what's jokingly referred to in our guidebook as "the Penis of the Prairie." Nebraska must be so proud.
And it's a tad unfortunate that this particular post falls on Thanksgiving, but it does {I normally try not to reference man-parts on national holidays}. So Happy Thanksgiving to all "the fans". We are so thankful to have friends and family worth missing this Thanksgiving. We definitely miss you all and all those good southern fixin's back home.
