After a few blissful hours in IKEA, Mark and I got back on the interstate with every intention of calling it a day. As we approached Baltimore however, I randomly suggested exiting and walking around Baltimore harbor. So, this was how our day ended - I ran around snapping pictures and Mark looked at the boats. Most places were closed, with the exception of some restaurants and sport's bars, but we'll definitely be returning another day to explore a bit more.
And that brings an end to our epic Saturday. I guess I lied in the first blog...we were actually gone for 13 hours, not 12. We had breakfast in Virginia, lunch in Pennsylvania, dinner in Maryland, and got a snack at IKEA (plus a quick trip through Delaware). Not bad.
