Today I was offered an internship at National Geographic (in their maps division) for the spring. It runs between Jan 26 - May 1 in DC. Being a cartographer for NGS has always been a dream job for me, so this internship opportunity is super exciting. I'm so thankful I went back to school...this definitely beats watching dump trucks drive over a bunch of dirt. It looks like 2009 is going to be quite an adventure.
