I am in love with Julie Summerbelle's paper-cut city maps. Naturally I ordered one for myself (London in Slate Grey...in case you were curious). Give me a pen or a mouse and I'm golden, but to create something like this with a small blade would push my patience to the brink. This video shows 20 hours of paper cutting accelerated into 3 minutes. I am humbled to her talents.
When I showed this to Mark, his less than enthusiastic comment was something along the lines of It doesn't seem very useful. Really? Not useful? I had so hoped to keep it folded in our glove box next time we're driving around London. Men.
